Evening sofa naps are both the best & worst experience aren’t they? It takes about an hour & 3 false starts before you can wake up enough to shift yourself to go upstairs, but then you’re wide awake once you make it to bed 🫠

Listening to another “expert” talking about babies self-soothing. Lookit, I’m no expert, but no tiny, helpless human (or other animal!) will ever self-sooth on my watch. Didn’t do it with Tom. Ever. Babies aren’t manipulative, if they’re crying, they need something. ❤️
