قبل ما تنصح شخص بالغ عاقل بأي حاجة اسأل نفسك الأول: ١. هل علاقتي بالشخص ده تسمح لي بإسداء النصيحة؟ ٢. هل الشخص طلب النصيحة؟ أو على الأقل عنده استعداد لتقبل النصح؟ ٣. هل أنا واثق كفاية أن رأيي أو تجربتي (الفردية المحدودة) اللي على أساسها هنصح حد تاني سليمة وتسري على تجارب الآخرين؟
