Hi @VicRoads . What happens to Optus hack victims who also have a marine license that shares a number with their car license? Do we get a new marine license too? No answer to my email messages so asking here instead.

Banks have got to find a better way. Calling me from a number with no caller ID then expecting *me* to verify my ID by providing personal information is just normalising the behavior that scammers use and setting your customers up for a fail.

So after finally getting a @NBN_Australia tech out to fix my line last Monday (after being down for 6 days) it died again yesterday as soon as we got a bit of rain. Contacted the retailer, booked another appointment with NBN, then 5 minutes later got this. 😡

Why does @NBN_Australia fob customers off to retailers for missed appointments when the appointment was missed NBN? There's not much the retailer can do about a monopoly that's unable to meet its commitments or even let anyone know that they aren't going to bother turning up.

Was just sent my contract by a well known buy-now-pay-later provider. Just one problem - the contract contains *someone else’s* personal details. They’ve certainly lost my trust. Time to cancel my account.

Victoria, Australia expected to announce stricter NZ-style lockdowns with only supermarkets & pharmacies to remain open from Wednesday. So today everyone rushes the supermarkets..... Am I missing something here? 🤔🤦‍♂️

Being required to wear a mask in public in Melbourne does not breach human rights. It’s a small limit on personal freedom for a very good reason: saving lives & protecting public health. The Vic Government is required by our Charter of Rights to protect life & health. #springst
