12 mn aggregate YT views in just last quarter for our oldest client .Their channel already had 50mn views.They are a category gorilla in a tier 2 city. We ourselves had already 5xed their annual revenue over last 2 years.Saturation is many times just a complacent state of mind !!

A builder client’s YouTube channel has 615k views from 26 videos over last 3.5 years.467k of them were from their 26th video(our first for them) we shot and uploaded last week for a new campaign of theirs. Sales too has started within the 1st week.

2 builder project campaigns started 2 weeks ago for entirely different category niches in a tier 2 city . One of them our 2 year old client and other first project with us(2nd for them). Hero video for both campaigns hit 1mn views and overall campaign >2mn views. Just on YouTube

We are so back to back helping real estate( developer) clients tell their stories amazingly to buyers that we are hardly getting enough time to organize our own story to prospects and investors. Even if they do hear or see our work it’s a bandwidth issue to even talk to them

Residential projects which have not planned a clear category positioning very easily become commodity(typical location and price rat race)and it becomes super hard to create inbound digital demand.Thats why even today so many top builders still do 60 or even 80 + % offline sales

More and more builders need to go this route @AssetHomes_123 @Ashiana_Housing .Not just do it for gimmicks but weave it into the soul of everything the brand does. Projects with clear purpose & positioning lend themselves to great digital first campaigns with accurate targeting
