To embed testing in other activities, remove test as a step in your process. Get rid of the test column on your board. Take away the safety net. @QuAdvocate #CASTx18

Context Reigns Supreme. In a single project you might end up using multiple Agile Approach to deliver work. E.g: Scrum to deliver user value and Kanban or XP to optimize the system or refactor a code base etc.

Contd... Lambda's have a Super Cold Start too which is when it is allocating hardware too. While the costing is not based on AWS overheads, its important to understand it may have an impact on your system performance #AWSEcoSystem #performance

AWS X-Ray is a very good service for profiling AWS-Lambdas. However, the X-Ray console is not helpful in creating a sense of performance for an architecture based on several Lambda function and Dynamo Triggers. I'd rather use X-Ray API to average out the resp times. #Performance

In the context of Performance testing a server-less architecture, its even more important to break your test strategy down to service layers instead of creating a test script for end-to-end flow.

When your smoke alarm is too close to the stove, it creates false alarms. Initially just annoying. Eventually infuriating and you take out the battery. Testers. Advocate for important problems, not every problem. Try to learn what is truly alarming in your context.
