@VikingCruises reaching out on what is the current policy as a relates to river cruises on the Seine. Party of six scheduled at end of October yet monitoring situation of unrest and various parts of front. Please share what your current policy is on Seine sailings.

@VikingCruises what is the current policy as a relates to voyages on the Seine river in France. There’s a group of six scheduled to start from US at the end of October 2026. concerned about the unrest that is occurring in the country of France at this timeframe.

@Avis I had a reservation for a pick up in San Diego little Italy location. Was called at 8 AM on 9/18 stating they had no cars to honor my reservation. I was told I would be called when they were available several hours later still no call.

@Avis so departing a cruise ship 8 AM on the Sept 18th with a local reservation with Avis. Was called at 8 AM stating they had no cars and they wouldn’t be available for a couple more hours. Terrible operational procedure. Come on Avis you can do better than this try harder.

Disappointed @AmericanAir. Three weeks ago I called about the possibility of canceling a flight due to our travel partners going in for surgery. Eco ticket, tried to cancel today told not eligible for partial credit. No grace airline.

So I’ve gone back-and-forth with @AmericanAir in seeking a partial travel credit for a canceled economy ticket. DM response was here are the rules and consequences policy for the economy ticket. I hear you loud and clear-policy over people. Sounds like a winning slogan AA.

@HomeDepot I have to say I’m so disappointed in your inventory control. I drove an hour to go to the store in Abilene for a product as stated 1 available. What a waste of time to arrive and find out the product is not there! Do better depot!!
