@monzo I have. They've given me the half hearted apologies, but if you can find a way to pay bills with an apology, I'm all ears. Right now, monzo is holding 4 grand of my money to ransom and won't even have the decency to tell me why.

@monzo All they tell me is "no information, no time frame" So I currently have no money for shopping, a son half way around the who has no spending money since his account is linked to mine and no way to pay my solicitor who is preparing to complete on our house.

@cineworld Hi, I've tried to book tickets for an upcoming film using a bluelight card. The payment went through twice, but i get a screen saying "error" and I've got no receipt. It went through twice due to me trying again. Can you help please?

@Dominos_UK Tried to sort this out via your contact form but no reply. 2 missing items from an order on Thursday 26th Sept. Called the store and the manager gave me attitude when I asked why no options were offered due to freezers being down. Still no refund of missing items.

@Uber_Support any reason your drivers are creating fraudulent claims for cleaning? We got out of a spotless cab Sunday morning and I'm being hit with a bogus picture and an £80 "adjustment". Live chat are refusing to provide timestamps or any information apart from a grainy pic.

@Uber_Support hi I'm hoping you can help me. I've been fraudulently charged by a driver for a cleaning charge. I've had a picture and it doesn't even look like it's from the same car we rode in. No timestamps have been provided and I'm out £80! Can you help?
