@Toadsanime Sorry to hear. Sending you positive energy and all the good vibes I have
@jessevitelli My suggestion is to try something new. This has helped pull me out of a rut before by giving me new perspective
@jonathansiemens I couldn’t even finish reading it. I saw @adishankarbrand but couldn’t go past his name.
It physically hurt my eyes this morning trying to decode the rest
@DirtyEffinHippy This is the best thing I’ve heard this month. Congrats, I want to work together!
Please do not send emails looking like this
@Romudeth Sonic CD>Sonic Adventure 2>Generations
@_AndrewMohan With such a momentous occasion I’d like to believe it’s happening
@SVegvari This guy covered the pineapple under the other toppings
@matthewmwhite For sure. That’s something I feel needs to be addressed within the industry. I try my best to email coverage or content back to my rep whenever I can to let them know yes, I covered it and here’s what we did.
@matthewmwhite I've dealt with your company in the past and you guys generally have great indie games. The indie scene is dear to me and I'll do what I can to use my website to showcase these games. Hopefully you don't get too much grief for your tweet
@matthewmwhite But word of mouth is real, I've been very lucky to have my reviews help many decide what to buy, what to play, and even that takes all my free time. I understand there is a shady area where PR deals with ghosts but the genuine smaller outlets enjoy talking games and helping out.
@matthewmwhite I would love to have the budgets of IGN, Kotaku or Polygon but that is impossible. You'll find smaller outlets trying their best to stay afloat when it's a herculean task to even do that.
@matthewmwhite A few things:
One, I'll purchase a game to review it but I'm the owner of a small outlet and have the money to spend when we don't get a title - this is rare.
Two, I'd love to review everything I get sent but that's not possible. So I'll cover the ones that pique my interest.
@LizLanierWrites In all fairness, I've said that because it was a busy week. I wouldn't worry!
@SVegvari Between king and all the way to Yonge I kept crossing that one guy screaming about masks
@SVegvari The city is good to me. Except when there's someone on King yelling into the void.
