My Dad had a heart attack last night. After surgery, he’s stable. He’s only 61. He was laughing, joking & celebrating our daughter’s birthday hours before being rushed to hospital. You just never know the minute. If you love someone, tell them. Not next week or tomorrow, now.

This is such a big one too! A lot of people think that those diagnosed with anxiety are only open about it for attention. It’s not true, and it’s so hard to deal with. I deal with it and take medication for it. It’s so hard and scary at times.
