First EVER 10KM (6.2 miles) run! 2 hours of pain, nature and plenty of sweat. Day 26 completed of a mile run every day for mental health. Genuinely so excited for Tuesday with Russ. Remember you are incredible and never let the doubters get to you ❤️

Hello X, an update. After 2.5 months in hospital, I moved to a hospice around 3 weeks ago for end of life care. The hospice is wonderful and the staff are truly taking care of my every need. I have no pain and am very much at peace. (1/2)

So that was a long appointment. Didn’t realise the risks of this operation, just thought it was just a regular thing, but it’s actually a big operation that comes with many complications. Not sure how I feel about it, gonna need extra help afterwards, not help that I have.
