@MichaelRosenYes Edward, our 10 month old, is in hospital having a tough time. Tonight, despite wires & tubes, he laughed every time you said “Oh-oh!” on a video of “We’re Going On A Bear Hunt”, even though we’ve watched it 3000 times this week! I guess I’m saying thank you 🙏
I'm stopping on a little farm in the mountains. It's heaven. A lovely welcome with tea, animals everywhere, & a comfy bedroom in the old barn. Very tempted to stay another night. I've pushed hard the last couple of days, plus I'm full of cold from my exploits in the bad weather.

Bad weather stops play. A storm hit the mountain, pouring rain & freezing fog. Couldn't feel my fingers, so stopped at the next hotel to see about a room. A roaring log fire told me I was in the right place! Room is a bit like my granny's spare room c.1983 but it's cheap & dry.

It's been a tough day post-therapy today. I think psychologist expected that, so she strongly suggested I plan something nice - a difficult thing for me, but important to make a life worth suffering for. I've booked a night away by the seaside with mum at the end of next month 😊

Dinner- Moroccan salad, potatoes, cucumber, freshly baked bread and the aforementioned chicken tagine. Absolutely spectacular. I'll post the link to this place tomorrow- if you're ever in the area, you have to come and stay.
