Sometimes you have to set a firm standard with your Cleaners. Had a Cleaner reschedule a Client without communicating with me first. Let her know that it is a final warning for that type of behavior. The IC control dillemma manifesting.

"Treat your janitors like the CEO" This saying resonates with me particularly working in the cleaning industry. Cleaning day after day is a TOUGH job. I have so much respect for what cleaners do. Make sure to make them feel appreciated and recognized, they deserve it.
