Against my better judgement I picked up Dying Light: The Beast and it confirmed my worries. While the performance is great, it does look really dated and with no RT its not helping. This really should have just been DLC for DL2 as it feels like an asset flip. $60 is steep.

Dying Light: The Beast launching without RT is interesting. Its essentially just DLC for Dying Light 2, so it dropping the RT at launch is weird. They say they will be bringing it back with a patch but now I'm concerned.

Ok, DLSS is magic. This is on a 5070 laptop, ultra thin at that, running on a 4k OLED panel. I had to drop it down to lower than low preset and ultra performance mode but it still looks pretty good.

The really disappointing thing about #Borderlands 4 is that its a really fun game. If it simply ran like shit and wasn't fun then I wouldn't be as upset. Thankfully, thanks to Nvidia (not Gearbox) I can get playable FPS with minimal stutters. Some ini edits and it looks great.

Just put together a PC for a friend that came with a Borderlands 4 code. This game really is terrible in terms of optimization. Couldn't even maintain 60fps at 1080p with the default settings (so not even maxed out) with a 5070.

While I love the gunplay and movement in BF6, I hate how its scaled down to smaller maps. Additionally, explosives are scaled down for small maps. Had a bomb dropped from a plane right in front of me (5m at most) and I didn't die. Like wtf.

Jurassic Park Rebirth is probably the worst Jurassic movie of them all. I was hoping it was going to be better than the last one, but somehow they made it significantly worse.
