@AmericanAir I flew on the Jan3rd and my bag got delayed from Miami to DFW. I opened a file case and have call every day after hours of waiting there is no answer. Yesterday I was told that MIA didn’t send the bag and there is no way to contact them.Who can help me to get my bag?

@glovo today I placed a order in Ecuador, as it was raining the app had problems. When the order arrived they couldn’t communicate with me. When I went down stairs to see what happen the driver told me that cancelled and my stuff will be of Glovo. I reach customer services 1/2
