@opodo so The airline has informed us your case has been resolved is the status in my account. Still no refund !!!! April 2020 still waiting as priority apparently!! Lies again. @BBCWatchdog @British_Airways @VirginAtlantic

Just tried my regular non successful contact with @opodo only waiting since April 2020 for a refund. I don’t even get surprised with their lack of information,availability or lies anymore!!! @VirginAtlantic @British_Airways Their actions has a direct reflection on you guys too.

So 10 months on I am still without £1500 with the blame/excuses being passed directly to @VirginAtlantic rejecting my refund. Or have @opodo not submitted the documents correctly in the first place ??? Bored , Tired & never using either company again

Wondering if @opodo are just keeping hold of all our money for a surprise at Christmas!! After 8 months I definitely won’t be using them again & @VirginAtlantic @British_Airways @kulula their actions are having a knock on effect to your business too. Ridiculous!!!

7 months on still waiting for a £1500 refund from @opodo now getting fobbed off that they are still waiting on refund from all 3 airlines @British_Airways @VirginAtlantic @kulula I simply don’t believe all are as bad as each other at getting this money back to me @MartinSLewis

Superb service from @hotelsdotcom quick call and spoke to an actual person. Refund sorted within minutes. Shame the same can’t be said about @opodo 3 months on can’t speak to anyone in person, electronically or virtually. £££’s wanted back please.

I’ve now been put on furlough with a return to work date expected to be JULY. I’ve been advised that I can put my mortgage on hold, but that doesn’t help. I’m still expected to pay for 24/7 waking watches, increased service charges and cladding bills. @RobertJenrick @RishiSunak

It’s takewhile to sink in, but the news of yesterday’s 1bn fund to fix unsafe cladding of all sorts comes as a very welcome relief. Thank you to all who have helped push the agenda but mainly @McrCladiators. Who knew that our meeting last year would kick start all of this!
