Some say quacks. I say cliques. There are some very divisive and unpleasant people in this line up. They can intimidate others not in the clique. There’s lots of talk about why low carb struggles to become mainstream. The people and their behaviour is one of them.

All agree UPF not good for long term health. If well informed pt chooses a shake type intervention over LC would the risk of the UPF nature of the shakes for 12 weeks be greater than maintaining status quo? @grahamsphillips @lowcarbGP @CampbellMurdoch
