I reported a missed garden collection @sandwellcouncil. The case has been closed as you claim it was not accessible but the bin was next to the other 2 bins on the kerb. I can’t understand why you claim it was inaccessible especially as you charge £35 to empty it!

@ASOS I dropped 2 parcels off at my local Hermes shop on 29/12 and am still waiting for a refund. I’ve been waiting to chat to someone for over 20 minutes. Any idea when I’ll get my refund?

So @impericon_uk can you advise when you will refund for a returned order? Sent Royal Mail and received by you, contacted you twice and still no response or refund. Appalling customer service and I’m still waiting for my refund.

@Hermesparcels I sent a parcel by next day delivery on Sunday, and it still shows as on its way. How can I speak to someone, other than an automated system, about this?

@parcelforce Can you advise what has happened to my parcel? I was advised it would be delivered between 16.58 and 17.58 today, but tracking states it has been returned to depot. Why? I’ve been in all day. When will this be delivered?

@RoyalMailHelp I ordered a parcel on Thursday and paid for 24 hour tracked. The parcel has been at the wrong delivery office since Monday - any ideas when I might receive it?

Thanks @NintendoUK for the awful customer service. Item was due to be dispatched on 9 December and still no idea when this will happen. Not sure this will arrive in time for Christmas - very disappointing

@nextofficial Hi, if I order now, when is the last date for a return? I know it’s normally 28 days but as it’s near Christmas I wondered if your Christmas returns policy had kicked in? Thanks

@SneakEnergy Just received my order of 2 tubs of sneak powder and 12 cans. One of the cans is made of a really thin metal and I’m amazed it hasn’t split open as it wobbles in my hand - is this normal and safe to drink?

@StarbucksUK Went to try a vegan PSL today. Paid and waiting with anticipation only to be told you’ve run out of vegan cream - the day after you started selling it. Then asked if normal cream would be ok - really, a dairy substitute for a vegan one??
