@ViCustomerCare Planning to shut shop? I’ve been trying to get my international roaming connectivity issues sorted for over a month and no one at the company has been able to provide a solution to why I can’t access any networks in Australia! Horrendous service!

I’ve had an absolute horrible experience from @amazonIN customer service! Advice people to reconsider purchases from Amazon if you don’t want to be treated like crap! Service executives tell you to “do whatever you want” in response to your queries! Absolutely appalling!
@AmazonHelp In the current situation, deliveries are handed over to security guards at the apartment and not delivered to the door, so it could not be refused. What can I do now that I already have the package?
@amazonIN I placed an order by mistake today and tried to cancel but I got an email saying that the order could not be canceled and I can initiate a return once I receive the product. Now I am unable to find the appropriate reason under the returns (no replacement required).
