We need a word/term for anything to think about it easily. One such term is "analytical rigor". If someone had even mentioned this term to me as a kid then I would certainly be much ahead in my career compared to now. It differentiates genuinely talented people from the crowd.

One regret I have is not starting gym long ago. That strength and confidence is needed even in casual situations to be able to have energy for good conversations, instead of feeling tired and losing good opportunities for socializing…
