@LNER absolute joke. LNER refused to refund my ticket in Delay Repay, as the conductor didn’t scan my ticket on the train (dealing with delay from 20 mins into the journey) then apparently I wasn’t on 17:33 Kings Cross to Grantham train which took over 6 hrs for a 1h15 journey.
