@MartinSLewis @Ryanair This is my initial refund request on 30/3/20, only to then receive a voucher yesterday from Ryanair but telling me I could apply for a refund however my request would be put to the bottom of the waiting list and dealt with after the pandemic crisis is over

@lorraine @DrHilaryJones @ITV @WeAreSTV Dr Hilary mentioned self isolation rules just now, but then mentioned wait to see if test positive or negative. Can I just ask people are informed correctly that anyone self isolating right now will not be tested. Everyone is ringing 111 or GPs asking to be tested.

@BBCNews who are these two jokers you have got on? Going on about testing for covid-19? Did they not get the memo that they stopped testing in the community last Thursday. It’s no wonder there’s 2 hour waits to get thru on NHS111

@BBCNews fergus on bbc2 just now advising how to self isolate...why giving misinformation? You said sit tight until test results in! I am in self isolation and I do not meet criteria to be tested. Testing only happening if admitted to hospital
