@doers I find that answering questions and asking if I need to clarify before I proceed ensures understanding. In training sessions with my staff, we role-play, where I observe and provide feedback. As you mentioned to me, consistency is key.

Are you Team Roth or Team Pre-Tax? There seems to be this false belief that Pre-Tax is superior, even when tax rates remain unchanged. I wish this were true, but it’s not. When tax rates remain the same, the benefits of Roth and Pre-Tax also remain the same.
