Hey @SouthwestAir - we are longtime fans but the travel fiascos of this weekend have been awful. Flight from BWI to FLL cancelled with no possibility of rebooking for days. No idea what happened to our checked bags. No way to get through to a human.

@masnHelpDesk @emike59 @masnNationals Another thing - how come when you first start the app you have to watch 2 minutes of ads, even if the game is going on? And then, after the ads, you’re watching on a delay. Not a great experience.
