to call as they are very wrong. Next response, oh yes, you did call in time but was too close to 6pm for us to have completed your request & offer now gone?!?! 2nd time @TUIUK have admitted being wrong but failed to offer anything. Never again! Stick to @jet2tweets from now on!
advised that I cant call that department and must email?! Why tell me to call then?? And why not tell me when I call previously?! Emailed. Response reads that I missed the deadline by a full day! I replay voicemail left and clearly deadline was following day. Ask them to listen…
Yet again @TUIUK absolutely having customers eyes!! I get a call re my holiday telling me to call back before 6pm following day for an offer. Call back before 6pm following day only to be told they’ve all gone home but someone will call me back. No cal back so call again,
I spent a week in my room, actually really sick as a result of food poisoning and a late check out room is fair compensation!? I know that food poisoning can happen anywhere but we have images and videos of the filth that was served at this hotel! Disgusting!
6 weeks later this is the pathetic response from @TUIUK! Most of it lies! There was no Rep, part of my complaint was we had to use an app! We were given no alternative room! Acknowledge my trip but not the food poisoning that meant I missed it!! Someones🩲are on🔥! Disgusted!
@TUIUK 2 months since my original complaint!! You 🤡 take the ultimate p**s!! Not heard a thing in relation to any of the complaints sent, DISGUSTING!!! I wont go away until this is resolved to my satisfaction!! If @ABTAtravel dont help, I’ll take legal action!! Beyond appalled!
I was sick a full week in your hotel, booked based on false images! No rep to assist, doctors fee's, missed trips, and now just ignored! I hope no one dies eating there after your ignorance!! 5 weeks and you dont respond to several complaints all made via different platforms!
I submitted a complaint 5 weeks ago to @TUIUK and still have had no response! A couple of msgs on twitter saying they are dealing. NOT GOOD ENOUGH!! 5 weeks and you havent even acknowledged!! I am taking this to @ABTAtravel as you cannot continue to ignore customers!!
Mis-selling means all or any of these things: You were given unsuitable advice. The risks weren't explained to you. You weren't given the information you needed and ended up with a product that wasn’t right for you.
I just hope that nobody else from the UK has travelled since or is about to travel to a hotel they shouldn’t be selling and had/has an even worse experience than me, an unavoidable one!
I am so glad my food poisoning only lasted several days, if it had been severe I would probably have been dead before getting any sort of response from @TUIUK! It scares me to think that I could still be in a Mexican hospital almost 4 weeks after contacting them?!
@ScottyJagger @TUIUK I wouldn’t mate, happy to take my £3500 but when things go wrong not even an email in 3 weeks! Their new post covid motto should be “pay more, get less”!
Still no response from @TUIUK, 3 and a half weeks after my original complaint in resort. I have been home over 2 weeks & nothing! I still want answers to all my previous questions including why they use the below images to advertise a holiday when UK travellers have no access??!
@TUIUK How can you close a complaint if it has not been dealt with? That is utterly ridiculous!? So you dont deal with my complaint in resort before I return home and so now there is no longer a complaint?

I couldn’t recommend people booking any holiday with @TUIUK after my current experience! Hotel being sold with false images, delays, no rep, poor App chat responses and I have lodged 7 complaints now via the app, email and post over the last 2 weeks and had NO response. Terrible!
So a further 96 hours has passed and still no closer to getting an answer from @TUIUK about where they get there hotel photo’s done? Photo v Reality 🤔!
