By executive order, I hereby rename the Unites States of America to South Canada. See? It’s just that easy. And that effective. What a dumbass. #canada. #lakeontario

At this point, mainstream #Democrats need to be referred to as #ChamberlainDemocrats, for their complete and utter unwillingness to stand up to fascism, bigotry and corruption, in order to maintain influence and the status quo and avoid having to fight for a true moral principle.

Tried watching the interview between @FriedgeHNIC and John Chayka and ditched about 7 minutes in. It’s pretty clear Chayka hasn’t learned anything but how to spit buzzwords to try and hide that fact. Non-answers and BS all around. #torontomapleleafs

@MapleLeafs I’m so tired of Pelley’s buzzword bullshit. He’s not a hockey guy and we will never win a Cup either him in charge. He’s definitely more interested in sounding like he knows what he’s talking about than actually knowing. Get rid of him and everyone that came with him.

@MapleLeafs He sounds terrified. His voice is shaking. This isn’t even live. I don’t think he expected how negative the backlash was going to be. If he’s this scared already, he ain’t gonna make it. Rash, poorly thought out moves to try and quell criticism inbound, gone inside 2 years.

@MapleLeafs I like Mats, but he has no experience, and the other guy ran his franchise out of town. Nothing says we want to lose like this hire. Pelley continues to prove he’s the current problem and needs to go.

Well, that should cap off Treliving’s complete and utter mismanagement of this franchise. Fire him and trade Matthews. Be done with this nonsense and bring in people who actually want to do the work. #TorontoMapleLeafs @MapleLeafs

When one watches a press conference with Trump or any of his cronies, how can anyone possibly take them seriously? They’re such clear idiots, spewing bullshit, woth total ineptitude. You would have to be an utter moron or supremely skilled at self-deceit to buy any of it.

Once again, NHL player safety demonstrating that they have no interest in keeping players safe. Garbage decision, Parros needs to be removed from his position. He clearly isn’t capable of doing it. #nhl #stolarz #bennett

🇨🇦 Canada’s New PM Puts Mike Myers Through a “Real Canadian” Test Canada’s new Prime Minister Mark Carney posted a tongue-in-cheek video on his X account. Actor Mike Myers — who has recently been portraying Elon Musk in SNL sketches (go watch if you haven’t) — takes a “True Canadian Test.” The result? Pure comedy gold. Elbows up, Canada!

Jesus, @CTV, can you push back on Poilevre at all? You tried to pin Conservative bullshit and Liberal turmoil on Singh and the NDP the other day, but you’re just going to sit there and let this guy spew deception and childish insults without any pushback? Disgraceful.

Oh good. Another iOS update that changes the look and feel of things for no reason, and makes them somehow even less usable. Oh and the stupid blur at the top when resizing pics for backgrounds is still there for some inexplicable reason. #apple #ios #iphone

@iamharaldur That, and a horrible experience at Versailles had me convinced that France hates the disabled.

@iamharaldur 100%. We went through there last year and if it wasn’t for a very, very good young man, my wife and daughter never would have made it to the gate on time. That after they tried to put all of us on standby and send my disabled daughter back to Toronto by herself. The worst.

@TorontoStar At this point, he’s like a hockey coach who has overstayed his welcome. He might be a perfectly fine coach, but his message no longer resonates with the room. It’s time for him to move on, so a fresh voice can reinvigorate the left. Sorry. I like him, but it’s time.
