Two front page headlines today. This says all you need to know about Govt’s total disconnection from climate reality. Green pledges don’t need watering down, but ramping up in speed & scale, investing in a liveable future & taking everyone along with us. He’s failing miserably.

1. Flying emits vastly more CO2 than equivalent train journeys, and even one flight is a huge proportion of your total carbon emissions. If you care at all about the climate, you should at least be aware and mindful of this.

I found this great graphic on the @OctopusEnergy website. So if you want to substantially reduce your carbon emissions the two biggest things you can do are replace the gas boiler with a #HeatPump & switch to an #EV if you can’t switch to public transport / cycling. #Climate

@kallmemeg @sarawood4 I’ve always been too weak to climb anything that wasn’t a slab! The LH picture is near St David’s and the whole slab is covered in lovely holds. The RH pictures was very much a case of climbing the crack.
