@DavidSacks As a noengineer who has never coded a day in my life, I have created four new apps in the past week each requiring closely working WITH Claude to get it correct. I originally disagreed with your premise (on the pod) but I am now in full agreement. Claude can’t code without help.

@louisanicola_ More recently I’ve cut intensity to twice weekly (from 3x) and introduced zone 2 training three times a week (weight training as well twice weekly). The transformation in my overall performance (high intensity and VT1) has been miraculous. I highly recommend it.

@louisanicola_ I’m now a big believer in training across multiple disciplines. I was strictly high intensity for 15 years. As a result, my VO2 max was great but my VT1 was weak, which caused early fatigue (quick sympathetic response, quick move to glycolysis and quick build up of lactate).

@WassimLaroussi3 Totally agree. Data was great. And if safety holds or grade 3 diarrhea stays under 20% then this should be a blockbuster drug. Dose response, ORR, duration of response and PFS all trending in exactly the right direction to “confirm” that it’s real. Banks botched this deal!

@LORWEN108 Some of us don’t procrastinate because it causes anxiety to procrastinate. And the only way to relieve the anxiety is to perform the task that’s causing it. How do you classify that type of person?

@elonmusk These people (those responsible for these specific actions) are animals but do you think it’s smart with your massive following to make a blanket statement like that or do you think it could foment hate and violence from the other side?

@altcap A CCTA is the way to go for people >40 years old. It is only a few hundred dollars and measures soft as well as calcified plaque. Soft plaque is what tends to kill you if/when it ruptures. Many cardiologists won’t recommend it because they’ll don’t get paid for it. Radiology does
