Cell phone addiction is an absolute thermonuke to the brain and nobody 'takes it seriously' because it is not clear that there is any solution in a world where the revealed preference of everyone across the globe, regardless of income, race, age, any factor whatsoever, would rather be on their phone than do *anything* else. Deciding "I use this too much" and meaningfully altering one's behaviour doesn't seem to have much success for any of the very small minority of people with the sentience or self-reflection to realize how bad it is. Most people seem to think of it as an unproductive habit at most, rather than an addiction. Any attempt to speak seriously about this is met with derision, accusations of pretentiousness. There is no real solution to it. The future of human cognition fifty years down the line is horrifying if you stop and think about it for even a moment.

@PeakHobby The idea that these will go up in value as they keep releasing more into the circulation is laughable.

@VirtualAardvark @Mr_EmoGoose Honestly, modded 3ds with endless games to fill the boredom void kinda works.

@TMath_Ayyy This is a problem with eBay in general. Time and time again some asshole changes his mind and files a return for no valid reason. Then eBay will side with them every time, regardless of the situation. So annoying. eBay sucks

@HoulaHooplaTCG Yeah there’s printers that do all this for you, all he did was download a file and put a piece of wood in the laser wood cutting printers

@_theotherKG @Variety Wasn’t the movie Kubrick made that got released. It was edited to keep a lot of the horrific acts committed by the cult not included in the movie. Including the ending where Tom cruise supposedly gives his fictional daughter to the cult.

@KassLover1 @heavyxeyed Fair enough. I just love MM so much that I want everyone and their mama to have played it. I also know that the original game is not par for most modern gamers, as I’ve seen many people I’ve recommended the game to complain and quit over the camera and controls

@KassLover1 @heavyxeyed Didn’t realize I had an AI pfp btw, thanks for pointing that out. Also blackpill for you - step into a public grade school you will see more AI posters and fliers than you ever thought possible.

@KassLover1 @heavyxeyed Says the BOTW fan, enjoy your open world slop and let us have linear 3d Zelda back! God forbid, you probably weren’t even a fan before the switch era and you wanna talk about what can and can’t be remade.
