@edinhelp Hi. Where can I get more information about why the Council is extending small sections of pavements in order to remove lanes from roads and also why they are removing lanes from already busy roads? Thanks!

@edinhelp @edinhelp Hi. This is still happening. Your employees are not providing the service we have to pay for. How can I escalate this? Thanks!

@edinhelp Hi. When your bin men collect at Morrison Circus, they only empty 1 of the bins on each side each time. There are 3 landfill bins and 2 recycling bins on one side and the same on the other. Can you tell them to empty all of the bins each time they come? Thanks!

@sainsburys Hi. With Click and Collect do I need to go into the store or do I park in an area and buzz and/or wait? It’s Edinburgh Murrayfield. Thanks.

@sainsburys Hi there. I bought 6 bottles of fruit cordial from your store the other day for a relative and turns out I’ve bought the wrong ones. I didn’t keep the receipt though as I thought I wouldn’t need it. Might I be able to return them for store credit? Many thanks.

@UberUKsupport Can we just end this thread/query please? Making no progress like I said and now I’m just getting automated or copy-paste replies. Thanks.

@UberUKsupport I did DM you initially & then you replied to my DM as a tweet & I didn’t notice it was a tweet at first. Then we have this tweet thread which takes you about a week to respond to each time. Let’s just forget about it as it’s taken far too long to make very little progress.
