Popular opinion: Clippy, the Rust linter, is amazing. Its excellent engineering (and technical documentation) results in next-level developer experience.
One of the things I really like about working on #SaaS (compared to packaged products or libraries) is the super-short feedback cycle to users: you ship your feature and a minute later folks can give it a try. Rinse and repeat, as needed.

One of the more fun learnings I made at Sentry: don't let people name resources after themselves. It's an interesting onboard experience to explain to folks why "name of a former coworker" is all over cloud resources.
Really wish AI companies would find better ways of integrating their technology into existing services than sticking a damn chatbot everywhere. It feels very weird to have to type into websites or apps for anything other than a search.

@gwenshap This is a fantastic perspective (and the reason I have avoided quite a few startups as perspective employers). Also, I can't imagine starting a business knowing that there is literally zero moat. If I could throw something together in a week or two, so could anyone else.
