@synigizesales How about color-coding booth signs that said company is hiring? What is needed is company HR onsite for interviews and possible offers. That's the real difference maker especially if AVIXA targeted the local Univ. and trade schools to attend. #AvinthAm #infocomm23

When I worked w/ @Projstudio on the 1st Clock Tower project at @VenetianVegas , digital outdoor advertising was capped by billboard rules & they couldn't make money on it. They took it down 1st time it needed major svc. #AVinthAM
@chris_neto The potential issue here is 2-fold: 1) if an employee has multiple jobs that is employee becomes task oriented vs career oriented (it’s just a job) & 2) if it’s just a job then quality issues tend to arise. Of course this not not absolute but must be kept in mind. #AVinthAM
@Iffsi @TheAl3xFortin @JosiahWay @brockmcginnis I always say, "you get what you don't pay for." People don't understand what most experiences cost. When they are educated on what it will cost, they still want it but pay for what they think will work. Then are mad when what they did pay for isn't what they wanted. #AVinThAM
