Pro-tip (or at least tip from me lol) when you have a day full of meetings but don’t have a private office. Schedule them in different rooms so it requires you to get up and move. Also helps break up the day and routine trap we all fall into #leadership #avtweeps #avfitness

Book I’m reading suggest making goals public and where you can see daily. So whiteboard over my desk at home. Also add emotional reasons why and how. So my goal is to drop 40lbs in 6months and have a resting heart rate of 70bpm. #avtweeps #avfitness
