@vintedUK @InPostUK Have you actually read what I’ve written??? The items arrived damaged from mould where you’ve stored them!!! Vinted ignoring my messages- what are inpost doing to help?

@vinted So Inpost finally delivered my parcel over 4 weeks later! The items arrived with mould on them- sender says wasn’t there when posted. I can only get a refund if I pay further postage to return item to seller. Why should I be out of pocket? Buyers protection does nothing!

@chloebentley_ @hellbrewer @vinted My apologies for this. The carrier company currently have a backlog that they are trying to clear to get all parcels on the move and to their destination, thank you!

@vinted what are you doing to resolve the massive delays and delivery issues with inpost? This is affecting 6 of my orders and I can’t see what you are doing to address this with Inpost. Anyone else affected by this?

@lili8401 @Deliveroo I had a delivery eith every item cold or smashed up during delivery- I finally got the refund for food but was still charged delivery - shocking when it was the delivery that caused the issues !!!

@vinted when are you going to do more to support sellers when things go wrong? Had 2 separate issues -neither my fault -customer refunded but I’m left without item or money! 😡

@williamsdp83 Heartbreaking that you and your child have had to even talk about this awful language. They are beautiful children- they should never experience this at any age but so young is just awful x
