Tomorrow I finish month 1 of #insanity.
I know it's not much to some of you, but it's progress to me.
Up early for a workout DVD. Not a huge workout but what matters is I got up and trained when I could have stayed in bed for half an hour.
Have eaten sooooo much in prep for my fitness test tomorrow! #squash #broccoli #asparagus #quorn #ricenoodles #stirfry #oats #berries
The feeling of utter dread when you come back off rest days and check your work emails.
Came home after a 20 hour fast and had... OATS!
So my endoscopy showed I have a 'torted stomach'.
I have an endoscopy this afternoon but I'll be hitting the gym hard tonight.
It slightly pisses me off when I see women at the gym showing more progress than me when they don't train as hard/often.
@official_zhara I went for protein and oats. Hairdresser has taken over my kitchen :( thanks hun!
