This is actually a really good move by the company. The HeyDude brand was lagging vs. core Crox. Stock should re-rate if we actually see improvement there.

What kind of logic is this? Mortgage (how you finance it) and taxes on an asset have nothing to do with one another. People complain about property taxes but these funds pay for stuff they don't even think about.
