I am living with a terminal disease. I am also a patient advocate. I am a damn good advocate, but I need your help. The more followers I have, the more I can get government and pharma to pay attention. So my ask is: Will you follow me so we can change the world?

Tonight, thanks to John Costello and his amazing team, I played my synthetic voice for my family for the first time. My daughters asked it was. My wife replied, that was the way daddy’s voice used to sound. I just listened and held back tears. Good night moon.

Yesterday was one of those ALS days where I cried in front of my daughters. They first gave me hugs and when that didn’t stop the tears my 6 year old wrote me a card saying I was the best daddy and my 4 year old wrapped her favorite toy and gave it to me. This is why I fight.
