I kinda solved this by moving the context outside the agents. Notion keeps the durable project context/decisions, Git is the source of truth for implementation, and I keep local markdown under .agents/ for handoffs/reviews/current state when I switch between Codex and Claude, the new agent just reads those

I love Astra and use it heavily, but for design work, Kimi K3 and Fable are still hard to beat for me a workflow I like is iterating on the design either in Claude Design with Fable or in @pendev with K3, export the design system as code, and let Codex pick up and stick to it
