When people hurt others, lie, or betray in some way these are reflections of their own inner wounding. Emotionally healthy people who are fulfilled in their lives do not go out of their way to hurt people. And when they do (because we all will) they apologize.
Some people just need healing. The idea that you can become a better wife, lover, or husband to someone and they’ll change just isn’t true. Some people’s wounds create destruction everywhere they go. No “right” person can fix that.

@Theholisticpsyc It's not only avoidance it's just childish. Anyone who handles a situation by leaving a person hanging is irresponsible and basically shouldn't date until they heal their own personal traumas. Why pass your traumas on to someone else?
