More below: After this week’s Salesforce and Braze news, one thing is clear: enterprise martech stacks will look very different in 18 months. Marketing stacks will continue to consolidate. M&A will happen, but innovation is what will really drive the change. Hightouch’s agentic marketing platform has enterprise-grade delivery capabilities. Paired with the Composable CDP, that means enterprises no longer need an engagement platform in the traditional sense. Hightouch sends the messages now, too. Let’s decompose what a CEP or ESP really is: customer data, workflows for content and orchestration, and delivery infrastructure. Customer data has shifted to the data warehouse. The largest and fastest-growing companies already use Hightouch to orchestrate customer journeys on top of their warehouse. Marketing workflows are being transformed by AI. Brands like MoneyLion, Fullspan Health, Thumbtack, and XP Inc. are running more personalized campaigns much faster, with timelines dropping from weeks to days, sometimes hours. The missing piece has always been delivery. And delivery is not trivial. It must be bullet-proof and enterprise-grade. We’ve been building this for a couple years. Hightouch supports email, SMS, push, in-app messaging, and WhatsApp, with batch and real-time messaging, consent and compliance controls, and the deliverability expertise enterprise lifecycle programs need. Our solution is already in production at large retailers, media companies, health care companies, and financial services firms. Medium moved its sending onto Hightouch in under a month. Today, it handles millions of messages a day. But delivery is just where it starts. The whole “workflow layer” of martech is being eaten by AI. Companies have bought the best marketing tools but still spend weeks coordinating data requests, writing briefs, producing content, and setting up campaigns. @harriskennyx @tejasmanohar Fair question, but Cursor is the proof. A raw model + API keys didn't change engineering. A harness that knew the codebase, ran the tests, and fit the PR workflow did. Marketing needs the same. API keys give you access, not context.
