Did Loco Moco for tonight’s #qcq . Hawaiian rice dish involving a meat patty, gravy and a fried egg. It was invented in 1949 some surfers wanting something cheap n filling. Is also quick n easy to make. You can also use spam, teriyaki, etc. In place of burger. @Eric_Fischl
