But here you go... doi.org/10.1016/j.ssmq… 3 to 20+ yrs in specialism. Me? 30 yrs post reg, 23 yrs in field, 19 as NMP. Remind me of your experience again.

@DrEilidhMaria @wesstreeting @BMAResidents Congratulations on describing an ACP, as brand new. Most have been in their profession for at least 10 years post qualification BEFORE doing their MSc as ACP.

@DrEilidhMaria Tell me again, why did you start medicine? You know that £100k of debt you got during your degree? My taxation, through the NHS, contributed 3 times that to your costs to date. I'm all for fair wages, but hell, fight for the NHS as a whole, not just to feather your own nest.

@DrEilidhMaria I'm £30ph for 37 hours, adjusted for real hours = <£25. Highly paid for a nurse. 30+ years in the profession. A Dr with the same experience & and responsibility earns at least twice that for 25% fewer hours. Plus, half again for private practice. Fight for me, I'll fight for you

Scrap that.... due to the train oversleeping, they are not even bothering to stop anywhere on the line until the end. Abandoned by #GWR again. 🚿 of 💩

Pay for the subsides paid to the train company because they can not run a service, organised enough to be self funding. But do you know who won't pay????? The company directors and shareholders #gwr #trainjourney #nationalrail #commuting #tossers #first

The train is late "due to our train being late from the depot" It'll cost me 4 times over. Pay for the ticket. Pay for the lost earnings. Pay for the loss of service delivery by the late employees. 1/2
