If you are worried about whether or not you speak too fast, here's a 100% reliable way to know for sure. Step 1: record yourself for two minutes Step 2: watch it but crank it to 1.5x or 2x Step 3: if you can't follow along, you are speaking too fast TIL: I speak too fast

One of the troubles with doing a software rewrite is the MVP is defined by what the existing software does. Take the opportunity to revisit every feature so you're not rewriting simply to "clean things up." Or at least, this is what I'm telling myself as I'm doing a rewrite.
