Curt Cignetti shares a universal truth about habits and consequences. "In life - you got freedom of choice, but not freedom of consequence." "First you form your habits, then your habits form you." Every choice and action you take compounds. The small decisions you make daily - preparation, work ethic, and how you respond - those become your habits. And over time, those habits become your identity. You're free to choose. But the consequences of those choices aren't optional. Your habits are shaping who you become. (🎥IU Athletics )

Good morning. The reason you feel Charlie’s death so deeply is because grief doesn’t measure itself by proximity. It measures itself by meaning. You didn’t have to know him personally to feel the sting of his absence, because when a voice like his goes silent, something in the atmosphere shifts. The reason it feels heavier than so many other tragedies is because your spirit recognizes that this is not just about a man, it is about a battle. Scripture says eternity is written on our hearts, and when someone who carried truth with boldness is suddenly gone, eternity aches within us. It’s like our souls know instinctively that the darkness celebrated, and that strikes us at the core. The reason you can’t shake it is because psychologically, we don’t only attach ourselves to people…we attach ourselves to symbols. Charlie became a symbol of conviction in a time of compromise, courage in a time of fear. And when a symbol is struck down, it rattles something primal and eternal inside us. That’s why even those who never met him feel it. There is a strange thread pulling at us, and it is not imagined. It is real. We are bound together by shared purpose, by shared longing for truth, by the Spirit of God Himself weaving us into a fabric that cannot be torn apart. This loss pulled at that fabric, and every one of us felt the tug. So if you’ve wondered why this hits so hard, it’s because your soul knows. This is bigger than news. This is bigger than politics. This is about eternity, about truth, and about the weight of a man whose life carried both. Love y’all.

On the antifragile Charlie Kirk influence: Tonight my 23 yo son came home from a long day of being an electrician apprentice then trade school. Out the door at 5:30 am back home at 8 pm . Showered. Ate dinner. Did push ups. Sat next to me and prayed aloud for Charlie’s family for 10 minutes without prompting. Listened to two worship songs including “Rise up O men of God.” Watched a short talk by Charlie while eating. Hugged me and said “I need to be like Charlie. God help me.” Went to bed. Something is happening with young men. Burn like fire. Pour like rain.

10 signs you're doing well in life: 1. You have a roof over your head. 2. You ate today. 3. You have a good heart. 4. You care for others. 5. You have clean water. 6. Someone loves you. 7. You try to do better. 8. You have clean clothes. 9. You have dreams. 10. You’re breathing.

The only woman who loves you unconditionally‼️

I hope I am able to serve the people in this regard. It is sorely needed.

we always hear about how selfless the packers’ receivers are—christian watson goes weeks without a target but he’s still blocking his ass off without a word, so long as it helps his team win. it’d be pretty disappointing if this romeo doubs stuff winds up being true

We have played two games with a backup qb, not sure this guy is mentally strong enough to be a part of a winning culture. You play for the Green Bay Packers, shut up dude.

The #Packers have suspended WR Romeo Doubs, who missed two practices this past week, for their game against the #Rams. But after a frustrating week, there’s an expectation things have moved in a positive direction and he will rejoin the team next week.

NIU’s radio call of the final play vs Notre Dame There’s nothing like local radio

Notre Dame paid Northern Illinois $1.4 million to play them in South Bend today. Northern Illinois just won 16-14.

@bigsmokey51 You see him score on UM

@bigsmokey51 Way to take the easy way out

@bigsmokey51 I guess I don’t understand. Lowkey everyone is shading the packers. Tell me what makes Pittsburgh so good with all the OL they drafted…. Look at our OL we drafted and you tell me PIT is better….. EVERYONE thinks their team won the draft.. smh

Feeling depressed is REAL. It is circumstantial and should be used as motivation to alter circumstances by the individual. If you feel depressed, it means something is wrong. It is a ringing alarm. Depression isn't some disease that you are helpless to ever cure without medical intervention. It is the aftereffects of ignoring the alarm for so long. The feeling of being numb to the ringing until eventually, you don’t even notice it at all. Feeling depressed is a warning system designed to tell you something must be done. If you fail to use it to motivate yourself to get in shape, get rich, get a girlfriend, whatever it is that's depressing you Then the alarm continues to ring loudly. The “motivational” chemical sits inside your brain. You become numb to it, you forget what it’s like to not have the alarm ringing. Motivation turned into toxic waste. The best thing you can do when depressed is to apply your mind to something and solve what is depressing you. SO GET TO WORK.

@bigsmokey51 I sent you this yesterday lol

You either die a Midwesterner or live long enough to become a Floridian
