@Jungle__Jay What cause the issue in the first place is my IT band pulling my knee cap out because of all the running volume I was doing while being a 🪨 lol
@Jungle__Jay I looked into it a little bit but not much. The thing now when i’m doing some “knees over toes” exercises my knee is not as straight as the other leg and want to go inward. I would say that it isn’t as bad as it was but still feel it isn’t aligned yet. Btw thanks for answering 🙏
@Jungle__Jay Trying to lo loosen up my hamstring, hips, psoas as well as my ankles. I am stiff like a rock 🪨. Doing also strength exercises like chair/plank and hip exercises using elastic bands..
