Are people who can't get on your trains which are full as they are running on half the carriages as usual allowed delay repay? Surely this is your issue not theirs, this is a continuing problem @northernassist

@bigben1292 @northernassist Prices keep going up yet carriage space going down, make it make sense. I'm on the commuter route from clitheroe to Rochdale and this is the second time in a row people have been left at platforms as they can't get on the train! Shambles

If you're intoxicated it's not consent. End of. Victim blaming is still prevalent matter what the police want us to believe. #believeme

2 carriage train on a commuter line to Manchester at 7.55 full to capacity at Darwen! Utter shambles and yet you have the audacity to charge higher and higher fares. Sort it out #northernrail

#easyjet terrible service, cancel flight last minute from Murcia without providing alternatives, having to travel to Alicante Airport at a cost of €110 where they don't even have an info desk even Ryan Air had one! However #Jet2 have saved the day, exemplary service from Jet2
