Using FANTOMCAT genes list, we discovered novel cancer driver genes. For example, CATG00000081433 that encompasses multiple CRC associated SNPs, was mutated in 90% of CRC-SCI samples, but rarely mutated in other cancers. @Al__Forrest @UNSWMedicine @UNSWScience @GarvanInstitute
