@AskCiti Now I am continuous got mail from Citi to do payment on due date while investigation is not completed yet from police,as I have not avail any money whatever trans.was happened on my card. So I am not liable to pay this amnt if you put pressure for pmnt then sue a case .

@AskCiti In 1st investigation Citi closed in 3 days & telling that we can't do anything if it is secure trans. while I told him someone hack my mobile & read OTP from my phone so how am I resp. & they had done same amount 50,773.98 inr 4 trans so how it could not detect from citi

@AskCiti Doing whatever required against this frad that happened on my Citi credit card. Block card raised dispute with Citi lodge FIR with cyber cell notify near police station.But Citi is not listening customer voice & did not stopped this payment after telling this incident.

@AskCiti After 17 days I got the same answer for my fraudulent trans.of 2.03 lakhs inr happened on my Citi credit card.Since first day telling Citi about this fraudulent and stopped this payment to merchant Paytm.But from start they had created a story and make me as culprit .
