The OCD community is a beautiful resource; especially for those who feel shame & discomfort around openly discussing their difficulties. To talk about mental health, is to normalize mental health. You deserve to feel accepted and validated, no matter how strange your OCD seems.

The difficult part about emotional contamination is that if an individual is contaminated; virtually anything they touch can become contaminated. A contaminated individual can even contaminate other individuals. It is a literal domino effect, that is near impossible to control.
