The foam roller I bought last month collapsed under me (!) so I’ve replaced it with one from @TPtherapy, along with their TriggerPoint GRID ball. Really hitting those groin muscles with this combination. 😁

It’s not great wearing a mask at the gym, but rules are rules. We also have to spray and wipe down the machines and barbells with alcohol after use, and not exercise next to someone else. On the bright side, I’ve not seen more than 10 people in the gym at any one time.
The gym I’ve joined has virtual yoga classes from @LesMills “Body Balance” so I tried one today. It was so hard to follow. Loud pop music in English, mixed with the Japanese dubbing of the Americans on screen. My Japanese isn’t terrible, but my ears couldn’t tune out the English.
Playing table tennis with my son. I did such an amazing smash that I followed through with the bat and whacked myself on the knee. Ouch!
