Booked BLR–SFO on Air India expecting a direct flight. Instead, we were all shocked to find a Kolkata stop — no info given. 20+ hrs, defeating the purpose of this route. Why wasn’t this told to passengers? #AirIndia #badexperience

If anyone is planning to take @AmericanExpress @AmexIndia platinum card, kindly rethink on your decision. Absolutely not worth it with their appalling customer service and amount of times you need to call them for anything to get done. I miss @Citibank in India.

Breaking News: citi migration to Axis has gone completely wrong. Incorrect email & phn #, no access to Acc. As a Citi priority member, no perks. RM cutting calls, customer sup on long wait. @Citi why leave India with @AxisBank who don’t undrstd customer service? #BankingFail

Do not buy @QuboWorld locks, this is the first day after installation and the customer service is pathetic. I’m stuck with it and need to replace the lock with another company. Avoid @QuboWorld in all aspects or else you will be stuck with it.
